JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead lead generation activities and manage the company’s social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, increasing brand visibility, handling digital campaigns, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through digital platforms

Manage and optimize social media handles including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Generate quality leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing channels

Coordinate with sales team for lead quality and conversion tracking

Create and manage social media content, reels, creatives, and promotional campaigns

Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports/MIS

ncrease brand awareness, reach, and audience engagement

Handle online promotions, events, and branding activities

Manage agency/vendor coordination for marketing activities if required

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

SKILLS:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum experience in Digital Marketing / Lead Generation preferred

Strong knowledge of: Meta Ads ,Google Ads ,Social Media Marketing , Lead Generation Strategies

Proficiency in Canva, Excel, and marketing tools preferred

Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills
