Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising).
Content & Social Media: Create/oversee an editorial calendar and maintain a consistent brand presence across all social platforms.
Analytics & Reporting: Measure, track, and report on the ROI and KPIs of all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
Optimization: Identify trends and insights to optimize user experience, website content, and ad performance.
Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with internal teams (content, design) and external agencies to ensure project success.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
Expertise in SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and social media management.
Experience with web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Strong analytical skills to analyze data and improve campaign performance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Background in marketing, advertising, or a related field
