Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across channels such as SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns with clear ROI targets.

• Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

• Manage website content, updates, and UX optimization to maximize lead generation.

• Perform regular tracking and analysis of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others.

• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create landing pages, marketing collateral, and campaign materials.

• Manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors (if applicable).

• Monitor and report on KPIs and budget utilization; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, platforms, and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.

• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot/Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing (tailor based on your business).

• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
