About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating qualified leads, and improving customer engagement through data-driven campaigns.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Monitor website performance and improve conversion rates through CRO strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
- Manage marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and sales teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Oversee social media presence and engagement strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and insights for leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.
- Experience in B2B / B2C marketing (customize as needed).
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and landing page optimization.
