Job Description (JD) – Social Media Manager

Position: Social Media Manager
Department: Marketing
Reporting To: Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.).

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content regularly.

• Develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotional activities.

• Create creative posts, reels, videos, banners, and marketing materials.

• Track competitors' activities and industry trends.

• Manage influencer collaborations and digital marketing initiatives.

• Monitor and improve audience engagement, followers, and reach.

Required Skills:

• Experience in social media management and digital marketing.

• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media analytics.

• Strong content writing and communication skills.

• Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge.

• Creative thinking and trend awareness.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Growth in followers and engagement rate.

• Number of leads generated through social media.

• Campaign performance and ROI.

• Content consistency and brand visibility.
