Drimo is redefining driver services with a tech-enabled, user-friendly platform designed for modern car owners. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our online growth.

Key Responsibilities-

1.Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google and Meta.

2.Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager for campaign creation, optimization, and scaling.

3.Monitor all live campaigns, track performance, and continuously optimize based on ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics.

4.Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies – lead meetings, review performance, and ensure deliverables align with business goals.

5.Conceptualize and create engaging short-form video content (Reels) for social media platforms.

6.Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including performance tracking (open rate, CTR, conversions).

7.Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.

8.Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

9.Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations) to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.

Key Skills & Requirements

1.Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

2.Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization.

3.Ability to shoot and conceptualize reels/video content (basic editing skills preferred).

4.Experience in handling and managing digital marketing agencies.

5.Working knowledge of SEO (on-page & off-page).

6.Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation.

7.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.

8.Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications-

Experience in service-based or app-based businesses is a plus.

Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or CRM tools.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.
