Digital marketing manager

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling website updates, social media management, online lead generation campaigns, creative marketing activities, and digital growth strategies to generate quality real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage and update company website content, project details, banners, and landing pages

·         Handle social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

·         Plan and run lead generation campaigns through Google Ads and Facebook Ads

·         Create marketing creatives, posts, reels, and promotional content for projects

·         Coordinate with sales team for campaign planning and lead management

·         Generate quality leads for residential/commercial projects

·         Manage online listings on platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, etc.

·         Develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and conversions

·         Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

·         Work on SEO, website optimization, and audience engagement activities

Required Skills

·         Experience in Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

·         Knowledge of Google Ads & Facebook Meta Ads

·         Social Media Management skills

·         Creative designing knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

·         Website editing and content management

·         Strong communication and marketing strategy skills

·         Real estate marketing experience preferred

Experience

·         1+ Years preferred in Digital Marketing / Real Estate Marketing
