Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager for our real estate company. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, paid ads, lead generation, SEO, and real estate marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.

• Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Generate quality leads through digital platforms.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and campaign performance.

• Create engaging content, banners, reels, and promotional materials.

• Monitor website traffic and improve SEO rankings.

• Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

• Lead generation and campaign management skills.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic designing tools is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.

• Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives (Depending on experience)
