Job Description – Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience, preferably with digital marketing agency experience, who can manage Multiple paid campaigns, improve social media growth, and coordinate closely with the creative and digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.

• Have practical knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, lead generation, and performance optimization.

• Analyze campaign performance and identify ways to improve CPL, CTR, conversions, engagement, and overall ROI.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase Instagram page growth, reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.

• Monitor Instagram and other social media platforms and suggest strategies based on performance and trends.

• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team for graphics, creatives, videos, campaigns, and promotional requirements.

• Work with the creative team to provide clear creative briefs, content requirements, ad copies, and campaign references.

• Have the ability to write basic scripts/content ideas for reels, videos, advertisements, and social media content.

• Coordinate with the team for content scheduling, posting, captions, hashtags, and overall social media handling.

• Track campaign and social media metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Continuously test new creatives, audiences, messaging, and campaign strategies to improve results.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing, preferably from a digital marketing agency.

• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Knowledge of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.

• Good understanding of Instagram growth and social media algorithms.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and take optimization decisions.

• Good content writing and scripting skills.

• Strong coordination skills with creative, social media, and digital marketing teams.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines for Multiple Projects.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Sheets/Excel, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate should be performance-oriented, creative, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to not only run campaigns but also understand what type of content and strategy can drive growth, engagement, leads, and conversions.
