About the role You will support the marketing team across our group businesses: a children’s and early-learning publishing brand, a paper trading company and an AI-led platform. You will work on content, social media, SEO and outreach, and learn how marketing works for both consumer (parents, schools) and B2B audiences.

Key responsibilities

●Plan, write and schedule social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, following the content calendar.

●Draft blogs, website content, captions, email campaigns and newsletters, and proofread them for accuracy and brand voice.

●Support SEO and AI search visibility (AEO/GEO) work, including keyword research, content updates, internal linking and basic on-page checks.

●Research and shortlist influencers and creators, and draft outreach emails or messages for collaborations.

●Track competitors, trends and campaign performance, and prepare short weekly reports (reach, engagement, leads).

●Coordinate with design and video teams for creatives and short videos, and keep the content library organised.

● Help with LinkedIn and Quora authority-

building, community engagement and lead follow-ups.

●Use AI tools responsibly for ideas, drafts and research, and check outputs before use.

Requirements

●Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (Marketing, Advertising/PR, Digital Marketing) or a related degree.

● Strong written English. Hindi is a plus.

● Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.

● Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and tools such as Canva.

● Willingness to learn, take feedback and meet deadlines. Good to have

● Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics or social media analytics.

● Experience managing a page, blog, channel or college society account.

● Interest in education, publishing or B2B marketing.

● A portfolio, sample posts or writing samples.
