Requirement for digital marketing (India Market BD)

Post :digital marketing (India Market BD)

Location :sector 2 noida,

salary -20k to 33k,

Key Responsibilities:-

• Online Marketing Strategy Execution: Formulate and implement regional online promotion plans, including social media operation, KOL/KOC collaboration, email marketing, search engine optimization and other related work.

• Content Creation & Management: Develop localized marketing materials such as case videos, product graphics and customer testimonials to support sales teams and channel partners.

• Digital Channel Development: Explore and maintain local online sales channels including e-commerce platforms, vertical industry websites, affiliate marketing channels, etc.

• Lead Generation & Conversion Support: Acquire sales leads via online activities such as live streams and webinars, and follow up leads in coordination with the BD team.

• Data Review & Optimization: Monitor the performance of online marketing campaigns including ROI, conversion rate and engagement rate, deliver regular analytical reports and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

• Reside in the assigned working city; able to work flexibly and participate in team collaboration as required.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in digital marketing, online operation or business development; prior experience in audio-video products, consumer electronics or film & television equipment industry is preferred.

• Proficient in mainstream social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and familiar with relevant advertising placement rules.

• Possess basic content creation capabilities, including copywriting, simple video editing and image processing.

• Data-oriented mindset, capable of independently analyzing marketing performance and putting forward optimization suggestions.

• Native Hindi speaker with fluent written and spoken English; Chinese language proficiency is a plus.

• Self-motivated, good at cross-departmental collaboration, and able to cooperate with offline teams to achieve integrated marketing goals.
