Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation • Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with brand goals. • Create visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and videos that reflect a luxury automotive aesthetic. • Capture workshop activities, vehicle highlights, customer experiences, and behind-the scenes content.
2. Platform Management • Manage daily operations of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business. • Maintain consistent brand tone, visual identity, and high engagement standards. • Schedule posts, monitor analytics, and optimize performance.
3. Audience Engagement • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. • Grow follower base through interactive campaigns, contests, and collaborations. • Identify and engage with relevant automotive communities and influencers.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Analyze social media metrics to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management. • Recommend improvements based on insights and trends.
5. Brand Promotion & Campaigns • Plan and execute digital campaigns for offers, events, promotions, and new services. • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers as required. • Ensure all marketing material maintains Galaxy Auto Works’ premium brand positioning.
6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation • Stay updated with the latest industry and social media trends. • Suggest new formats, ideas, and creative approaches to stand out in the luxury automotive space.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (preferably automotive, luxury, or lifestyle brands).
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, video editing, and content creation tools. • Knowledge of basic photography/videography is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment and adapt quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
