Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Management / Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital presence and generate leads for a growing real estate consulting business in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and lead generation strategies, preferably within the real estate sector.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and run digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation

• Create engaging content including posts, creatives, and promotional campaigns

• Handle paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and social media ads

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results

• Generate leads through digital platforms and marketing initiatives

• Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up and conversion

• Maintain content calendar and ensure regular posting

• Track analytics and prepare performance reports

• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and strategies

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma / Certification in Digital Marketing / Media / Advertising

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management preferred

• Experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing preferred but not mandatory

• Freshers with strong digital marketing knowledge may also apply

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing

• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) preferred

• Strong communication and content creation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
