Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and support business growth in the security and facility management industry. The candidate will be responsible for website management, digital creatives, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website, including content, images, service pages, and basic web designing.

• Design professional Email pamphlets, brochures, flyers, social media creatives, and promotional materials.

• Plan and execute bulk email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer communication.

• Manage bulk WhatsApp messaging campaigns while following applicable messaging and privacy guidelines.

• Create engaging content for security guards, facility management, housekeeping, manpower, surveillance, and related services.

• Develop digital marketing campaigns to generate B2B leads and business enquiries.

• Manage social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand image.

• Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead generation and campaign requirements.

• Track campaign performance, enquiries, engagement, and conversions.

• Maintain databases and assist with customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.

• Monitor competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of website designing and content management.

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools.

• Knowledge of bulk email marketing platforms.

• Experience with WhatsApp Business/bulk WhatsApp marketing tools.

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, Linkedin Marketing and lead generation.

• Good written communication and content-creation skills.

• Ability to create professional marketing materials independently.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Graphic Design, Computer Applications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Candidates with experience in security services, facility management, manpower services, or B2B marketing will have an advantage.
