Svarna Training Academy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive quality leads for our training programs. The role involves managing paid advertising campaigns, social media platforms, SEO, website content, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should combine creative thinking with analytical skills to improve campaign performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and course enquiries.

• Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Create engaging content, promotional posts, captions, and advertising copies.

• Implement SEO strategies and conduct keyword research to improve organic visibility.

• Manage website content and updates using WordPress or other CMS platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance, optimize advertising budgets, and prepare marketing reports.

• Analyse website traffic and campaign results using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

• Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve engagement.

• Conduct competitor research and coordinate with design and content teams to execute marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2–5 years of relevant experience. Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media management, WordPress, and digital marketing analytics is essential. Strong communication, content creation, analytical thinking, and campaign management skills are preferred.
