Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience who can plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The role requires a data-driven marketer who can drive customer acquisition, optimize campaign performance, and support the brand’s growth across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Track performance through tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Ads Manager.
• Support digital growth initiatives including remarketing, conversion optimization, and funnel improvement.
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for management.

Key Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Experience with D2C or e-commerce marketing is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with creative teams.
