Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to improve our website ranking, generate organic leads, and enhance our local presence. The role focuses on SEO, website upgrades, and Google Business Profile optimization using Google Search and Google Business Profile, ensuring visibility across all service categories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website SEO & Google Ranking Improvement
Optimize website for higher ranking on Google for all service categories
Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Create and optimize landing pages for:
Beauty & Makeup services
Home services (Electrical, Plumbing, Electronics, etc.)
Event management services
Conduct keyword research (service-based + location-based)
Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall UX
Work with developers for website upgrades and SEO implementation
2. Google Business Profile (GMB) Optimization
Create and manage multiple Google Business listings (category-wise & location-wise)
Improve local search rankings and Google Maps visibility
Regularly post updates, offers, images, and service highlights
Manage customer reviews and maintain high ratings
Ensure accurate business information (NAP consistency)
3. Content Strategy & Lead Generation
Develop SEO-friendly content for blogs, service pages, and city pages
Focus on generating leads across all verticals (beauty, home, events)
Create content plans for seasonal and event-based services
Coordinate with design team for creatives and marketing campaigns
4. Performance Tracking & Analytics
Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
5. Online Reputation & Brand Growth
Improve brand visibility and online reputation
Handle customer feedback and negative reviews professionally
Support digital campaigns for promotions, offers, and events
Requirements
Graduate in Marketing, IT, or related field
1–3 years of experience in SEO/digital marketing
Strong knowledge of local SEO and Google Business optimization
Experience handling multi-category or service-based websites preferred
Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
