Job Title: Performance Marketing

Job Summary

Pinacle Reality Group is looking for a Performance & Social Media Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, running Meta and Google Ads, driving lead generation, improving online visibility through SEO, and analyzing campaign performance.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media channels.

• Execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Generate quality leads through performance marketing strategies.

• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings.

• Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and maximize ROI.

• Track key metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

• Develop innovative digital marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Social Media Marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics (GA4).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time డిజిటల్ మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
