Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and display.
Align campaigns with seasonal launches, fashion trends, and brand storytelling.
Content & Creative
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging visuals, product copy, and ads.
Ensure brand tone and aesthetics are consistent across all digital platforms.
SEO & Website Optimization
Optimize product pages, blogs, and landing pages for search visibility.
Track and improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Social Media Management
Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Engage with followers, influencers, and fashion communities to grow brand presence.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs including traffic, engagement, CTR, and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations to refine campaigns and maximize impact.
Paid Advertising
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
Optimize ad spend for maximum reach and conversions.
Email & CRM
Create targeted email campaigns for promotions, new arrivals, and customer retention.
Segment audiences to deliver personalized experiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion/e-commerce.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
Creative flair with an eye for fashion trends and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
