Strategy & Content Creation

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across channels (including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, and Facebook) to align with broader marketing goals.

• Plan, create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging daily content (copy, images, short-form video, reels, and stories).

• Maintain a unified brand voice, aesthetic, and tone across all platforms.

• Manage and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.

2. Community Management & Engagement

• Actively monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.

• Foster conversations, build relationships with followers, and cultivate a loyal online community.

• Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners for collaboration opportunities.

3. Analytics & Reporting

• Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversions).

• Compile weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

• Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, algorithm updates, new tools, and competitor strategies.

4. Paid Social Collaboration

• Partner with the growth marketing team to align organic social efforts with paid ad campaigns.

• Provide creative input and assets for paid social media promotions where needed.
