Social Media Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Social Media Manager who also has strong expertise in SEO, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and overall digital marketing.

🔹 Position Details:

Role: Social Media Manager

Experience: 7–12 Years

Salary: Upto 6 LPA (Depends on interview)

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

📱 Social Media Management

Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies

Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

Plan content calendars, reels, creatives, and campaigns

Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility

Handle paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

🔍 SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Perform on-page & off-page SEO

Keyword research and competitor analysis

Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages

Improve Google ranking & organic traffic

Work on backlink building and technical SEO basics

🌐 Digital Marketing

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns

Manage Google Ads & PPC campaigns

Lead generation through multiple channels

Email marketing & campaign automation

Website traffic analysis and conversion optimization

🎨 Graphic Design

Create engaging creatives, social media posts, banners, and ad designs

Hands-on experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

🎬 Video Editing

Create and edit engaging reels, short-form videos, and promotional content

Hands-on experience with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.

Develop scroll-stopping content for social media platforms

📊 Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights

Generate reports on campaign performance

Optimize strategies based on data insights

🤝 Coordination

Work closely with design, sales, and content teams

Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and algorithms

🔹 Requirements:

7–12 years of proven experience in Social Media & Digital Marketing

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid ads

Hands-on experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools

Excellent communication & creative thinking

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
