Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

The primary KRAs for a digital marketing executive in a startup are centered on hands-on execution and measurable results: 

• Campaign Execution & Management: Planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels from start to finish. This includes setting up and launching optimized online advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management: Actively managing and updating the company website with an emphasis on content optimization, keyword research, link building, and improving search engine rankings to drive organic traffic.

• Content & Social Media Marketing: Developing and curating engaging content (blog posts, social media visuals, emails, etc.) to build brand awareness and community engagement. This involves managing ongoing social media presence and engagement with online audiences.

• Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Creating and distributing online newsletters and promotional emails, managing email lists, and implementing lead generation and nurturing strategies.

• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The goal is to use data-driven insights to optimize spend and performance.

• Market & Competitor Research: Acquiring insight into online marketing trends, monitoring competitor activities, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

• Collaboration & Adaptability: Working closely with internal teams (design, sales, product development) to ensure cohesive campaigns and user experience, while being adaptable to new technologies and market changes.
