Job Overview

Katha Rama Films is looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive.

The role requires end-to-end

ownership of digital marketing strategies, performance marketing, brand growth, and basic website management.

The candidate should be strategic, execution-focused, and capable of independently handling digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

2. Lead social media growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

3. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

4. Analyze performance data, ROI, and conversion metrics; prepare detailed reports

5. Create and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives

6. Oversee influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations

7. Manage SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings

8. Handle website management including content updates, landing pages, and optimization

8. Coordinate with designers, editors, and developers to ensure campaign success

9. Stay updated with digital trends, platform changes, and marketing innovations

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

2. 2–4 years of strong hands-on experience in digital marketing

3. Expertise in social media marketing, performance marketing, and analytics

4. Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization

5. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization

6. Experience with website management (WordPress or similar CMS)

7. Basic knowledge of website development, UI/UX, and landing page optimization

8. Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite)

9. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Preferred / Added Advantage.

1. Experience in media, entertainment, or creative agencies

2. Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools

3. Ability to manage budgets and marketing timelines independently
