ELD Nexa Technologies LLP is looking for a talented and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing.

💰 Salary

INR 15000 to 22000 in-hand (Monthly)

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO, Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing strategies.

• Manage On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO activities to improve organic visibility and rankings.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits and content optimization.

• Manage link-building, backlink analysis, outreach and internal linking strategies.

• Monitor website performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4).

• Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads / PPC and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Monitor campaign CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, ROAS and overall ROI.

• Develop and execute Social Media Marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Work on content marketing, SEO-friendly content, copywriting and search-intent optimization.

• Manage WordPress/CMS and implement basic website SEO improvements.

• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to execute marketing campaigns.

• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly SEO & Digital Marketing performance reports.

• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market research and competitor benchmarking.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, paid advertising developments and emerging digital marketing tools.

🛠️ Skills & Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in SEO, Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing.

• Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.

• Strong knowledge of Keyword Research, Search Intent & Competitor Analysis.

• Experience in SEO Audits, Link Building, Backlink Analysis, Outreach & Internal Linking.

• Knowledge of Technical SEO: Crawling, Indexing, XML Sitemap, Robots.txt, Canonical Tags, Redirects & Schema Markup.

• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, Page Speed & Mobile Optimization.

• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console & Google Analytics (GA4).

• Working knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest & Screaming Frog.

• Experience with Google Keyword Planner.

• Good understanding of Google Ads / PPC & Meta Ads.

• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

• Understanding of Content Marketing, Content Strategy, SEO Copywriting & E-E-A-T.

• Experience with WordPress/CMS.

• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.

• Knowledge of Email Marketing, Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization.

• Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI and conversion metrics.

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Basic Canva knowledge is an added advantage.

• Excellent analytical, communication, research and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity and ability to work with deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with content, design and development teams.
