About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Planning, running, and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta & Google Ads) to maximize ROI. This role will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup - Define objective, target, and budget.

• Optimization - Monitor CPC, CTR, ROAS, and test creatives.

• Reporting - Weekly dashboards and monthly performance reviews.

• Coordination - Collaborate with creative and social teams.

• Test different creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results.

• Manage campaign budgets and ensure good returns on ad spend.

• Work with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives.

• Stay updated on new trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with result oriented portfolio and project work.

• Practical Knowledge of Ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), conversion tracking, campaign objectives.

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel or similar data tools.

• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals.

Work Format & Equipment

• In-Office Role: This is a completely office-based position. Candidates must be willing to work from our office based in Noida Sector-73.

• Equipment: Candidates are required to have their own laptop in good working condition for daily tasks.
