- Use Google Local Services Ads (if available in your region) for hyperlocal visibility.

2. Social Media Presence & Brand Health

- Design and schedule weekly content: testimonials, property walkthroughs, tips on home buying, legal advice, rental income hacks, etc.

- Manage daily engagement: reply to comments, DMs, and maintain active stories/highlights.

- Use reels and shorts for algorithm push — especially behind-the-scenes, client meetings, or “before-after” transformations.

3. SEO and Website Optimization

- Optimize website/blog for keywords like “buy flat in [city]”, “2BHK under 80 lakhs”, “rental income in [area]”.

- Publish 2–4 blogs monthly offering advice, project reviews, or financial tips for real estate buyers.

4. Analytics and Reporting

- Track CPL (cost per lead), CTR (click-through rate), conversion rates on ads.

- Monitor Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and UTM tracking on all campaigns.

- Optimize campaigns based on real-time performance metrics.

5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

- Build and segment a property-seeker database.

- Send weekly property updates, upcoming project launches, and investment tips via WhatsApp & Email.
