Position Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training across key digital marketing domains such as SEO, Social Media, Paid Advertising, and Analytics. The role involves creating engaging course content, conducting interactive sessions, and guiding learners through hands-on projects. The trainer will stay updated with current trends and tools to ensure relevant learning outcomes. Additionally, they will mentor students and support their career readiness in the digital marketing field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to end target delivery which includes –

1. Deliver training sessions on core digital marketing topics such as:

 SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

 SEM/PPC (e.g., Google Ads)

 Social Media Marketing

 Content Marketing

 Email Marketing

 Web Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)

2. Design and update training materials, presentations, and assignments

3. Provide hands-on training with real-world projects and case studies

4. Monitor and evaluate trainee progress and performance

5. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

 Proven experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred)

 Strong knowledge of tools like:

o Word-Press

o Google Analytics

o Meta Ads Manager

o SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Teaching/training experience is a plus

 Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners

Preferred Qualifications

 Graduate in any discipline

 Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, etc.)

 1-3 years of experience in training institutes or corporate training is added on.

 Hands-on campaign management experience
