Meta Ads Lead Generation Executive – USA Market

BRISTOL ENTERPRISES is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Lead Generation Executive for our Sector 15, Noida office.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing LIVE Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Generation campaigns.

• USA market experience is mandatory.

• Must have personally managed USA Lead Generation campaigns, not just assisted a senior or received training.

• Experience with Meta Instant Forms is required.
  

• Candidates with only Indian-market Meta Ads experience will not be considered.

• Freshers and candidates without practical USA Lead Generation experience are not eligible.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Create, launch and manage Meta Lead Generation campaigns for the USA market.

• Manage Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads and Meta Instant Forms.

• Build and optimize USA audiences and targeting.

• Monitor CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC and lead quality.

• Test audiences, creatives, ad copies and campaign structures.

• Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and improve lead quality.

• Manage campaign budgets and scale successful campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance and take data-driven optimization decisions.

Job Details

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000/month
Shift: 8:00 PM–4:00 AM
Working: 5 days a week
Saturday: 2 Saturdays Working + 2 Saturdays Off
Location: Sector 15, Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office

Joining: Immediate joiner preferred
