Digital Marketing Specialist

Bristol Enterprises is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in Meta Lead Generation, Google Ads, SEO, and WordPress website development. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing our digital marketing campaigns, and maintaining our company website.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Lead Generation campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads while maintaining a low Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Develop, update, and maintain the company website using WordPress.
Improve website speed, SEO, and user experience.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Create engaging social media content and marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and prepare weekly performance reports.
Work closely with the design and content team to execute marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Must have proven experience in Meta Lead Generation campaigns.
Must have experience in WordPress website development and maintenance.
Good knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
Understanding of conversion tracking, landing pages, and lead optimization.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
