We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in Facebook (Meta) Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media Management. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and increase online sales.
Key Responsibilities
Facebook (Meta) Ads
Create and manage Sales, Leads, Traffic, and Awareness campaigns.
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
Create Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
Google Ads
Manage Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and optimize bidding strategies.
Improve campaign Quality Score and reduce Cost per Conversion.
Monitor conversions and optimize campaign performance.
Social Media Management
Handle Facebook and Instagram pages.
Plan and schedule content calendars.
Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives.
Increase engagement and brand awareness through organic content.
Website & Analytics
Monitor website performance using GA4.
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
Track user behavior and conversion events.
Coordinate with the website development team for landing page improvements.
Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
Analyze campaign data and present optimization plans.
Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Experience with Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
Understanding of Shopify or WordPress websites.
Good understanding of digital marketing funnels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Experience managing eCommerce campaigns is preferred.
Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
