🚀 Digital Marketing Executive (Content & Growth Marketing)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on Skills & Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

* Generate high-quality leads through organic and paid marketing strategies.

* Create content strategies for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

* Work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to create high-quality marketing content.

* Coordinate with UGC Creators, influencers, and content creators for promotional campaigns.

* Manage SEO, keyword research, website optimization, and content publishing.

* Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting tools.

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement new growth strategies.

* Collaborate with the Sales Team to improve lead generation and conversions.

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing & Performance Marketing).

* Good understanding of Content Marketing and Brand Building.

* Experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity.

* Ability to communicate confidently with UGC Creators, influencers, and clients.

* Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other creative tools.

* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

* Freshers with exceptional practical skills and a strong portfolio are also welcome.

* Experience in B2B Marketing, SaaS Marketing, or CRM Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preference: Candidates residing in New Town, Salt Lake, Rajarhat, Baguiati, Keshtopur, Lake Town, Dum Dum, Kaikhali, Teghoria, Ultadanga, Maniktala, or nearby areas are preferred for easier daily commuting.
