Role: Performance Marketer Experience Required: 1–3 Years 1 vacancy available. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Monitor ad performance and track sales outcomes
Work on reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track daily metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign strategies
Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports
Manage and allocate Meta Ads budget effectively
Scale high-performing campaigns for better results
Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS and overall revenue growth
Coordinate with the Graphic Designer for creating high-converting ad creatives and visuals
