Addymize Web Solutions is looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and scalable business growth.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

• Handle Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

• Lead generation & conversion-focused campaign optimization

• Audience targeting, keyword research & A/B testing

• Daily monitoring of CPL, ROAS, budgets & performance

• Prepare reports and share insights with the team

• Coordinate with sales and creative teams for better results

🔹 Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads

• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels

• Experience in budget handling and campaign scaling

• Knowledge of analytics, tracking & conversion optimization

• Result-oriented and problem-solving mindset
