Job Description

Connecting Wheels Network is facilitating onboarding for Delivery Partners for Blinkit grocery delivery in Pune (Wadgaon Sheri).

The role involves picking up grocery orders from nearby Blinkit stores and delivering them to customers within a defined delivery radius.

Connecting Wheels Network acts only as a facilitation partner.
All employment terms, work allocation, earnings, payouts, incentives, insurance, and benefits are determined solely by the delivery platform and are subject to verification and approval.

Responsibilities

• Pick up grocery orders from Blinkit dark stores

• Deliver orders safely and on time

• Follow app-based delivery instructions

• Maintain customer service and professionalism

• Handle grocery items carefully during delivery

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18 to 60 years

• Gender: Male & Female

• Vehicle: Bike / EV / E-Cycle

• Smartphone: Android phone with internet

• Documents Required:

  • PAN Card

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Bank Passbook / Cancelled Cheque

  • Selfie Photograph

  • Vehicle RC / EV document (as applicable)

Earnings & Payout (Indicative)

• Per Order Earnings: ₹25 – ₹40 (up to 4 km)•

• Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹30,000•

• Payout Cycle: Weekly (Every Monday)

•Earnings depend on deliveries completed, attendance, location, and platform verification.

• Provided only by Connecting Wheels Network (onboarding facilitation partner)

• Not provided by Blinkit or the delivery platform

• Applicable only for freshers who have never worked on the Blinkit platform earlier

• Payable only after completion of the onboarding partner–defined order target within the specified time period

• One-time incentive only

• Separate from platform earnings, payouts, insurance, or incentives

• Subject to successful onboarding, target completion, and verification

Shifts & Work Options

• Flexible working hours

• Part-time and full-time options available

• Part-time shifts generally available after 6 PM

• Assistance provided for onboarding steps

Onboarding Fees

• Onboarding fees (₹49 / ₹99 / ₹299), if applicable, are as per platform/company policy

• Any fee paid does not guarantee work, income, or order allocation

Platform Benefits (As per Platform Policy)

• Accidental insurance cover up to ₹10 lakh•

• Hospitalization cover up to ₹1 lakh•
