We are hiring customer-centric individuals for the Ather Energy Voice Support Process at Cogent. You will be responsible for assisting customers via phone call, addressing inquiries, and providing high-quality support.

🎯 Key Requirements & Eligibility

Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (Any discipline)

Experience: Open to both Freshers (50%) and Experienced candidates (50%) * Language Skills: * Excellent spoken English (Mandatory)

Fluency in any 2 Regional Languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)

💰 Salary Package

CTC: ₹23,000 / month
