We are hiring experienced candidates for multiple International BPO processes. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their relevant experience and process requirements.

1. Bridgestone – International Chat Process

Position: Customer Support Associate – International Chat Process
📍 Location: ITPL, Bangalore
👥 Openings: 125
💰 CTC: Up to ₹34,000/month
🚕 Two-way Cab Facility

Requirements:

• PUC / Graduate

• Minimum 6 months of International Chat Process experience

• Versant Level 6 mandatory

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Strong typing and written communication skills

• Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Customer service orientation

• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts

Work Schedule:

• 5 days working

• 2 rotational days off

• 24/7 rotational shifts

• Work From Office

2. ACT – International Chat / Non-Voice

📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 Take Home: ₹28,000–₹30,000

Requirements:

• International Non-Voice / Chat experience mandatory

• Excellent written English communication

• Good typing and customer-handling skills

• Strong query-resolution and problem-solving ability

• Experienced candidates only

3. Altice TSR – International Technical Support Voice

📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 Take Home: ₹28,000

Requirements:

• International Technical Support Voice experience is mandatory

• Good English communication

• Customer handling and troubleshooting skills

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Experienced candidates only

4. PSI – International Voice Process

📍 Location: Shivajinagar, Bangalore
💰 Take Home: ₹23,000

Requirements:

• International Voice experience mandatory

• Excellent English communication

• Customer service and query-resolution skills

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Walk-in drive

5. Hebrew – Customer Support / Verification Process

📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 Salary: Up to ₹16 LPA

Role Responsibilities:

• Verify educational and employment backgrounds of candidates for clients across designated countries

• Communicate with candidates and organizations in English and Hebrew

• Conduct verification through telephone calls, emails, database checks and online research

• Prepare accurate verification reports and update internal systems

• Translate documents between Hebrew and English as required

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail

• Support other business functions whenever required

Requirements:

• PUC / Any Degree

• International BPO Voice experience preferred/required for experienced candidates

• English + Hebrew language mandatory

• Very good written and spoken English and Hebrew

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good computer skills, MS Office and online research

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Note: Freshers with excellent English and Hebrew skills may also be considered, subject to the requirement.

6. Fundbox – Fraud Investigator

💰 Up to 8 LPA | 30% Hike

Requirements:

• International Fraud experience mandatory

• Relevant fraud investigation / international process experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good English communication

• Candidates with relevant experience only

✅ GENERAL ELIGIBILITY

• Experienced candidates are preferred/required as per individual process

• 12th / PUC / Graduate candidates can apply depending on the process

• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with rotational shifts wherever applicable

• Immediate joiners / short-notice candidates preferred
