We are hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive (Email/Chat Process).

Company: Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Salary Package: Up to ₹21,600 CTC

In-hand Salary: ₹18,400

CTC: ₹19,000

Night Shift Allowance: ₹2,600

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle net banking related queries via email and chat support.
Address customer concerns related to transactions, login issues, and password resets.
Ensure clear, accurate, and professional written communication.
Maintain proper records of interactions and follow up as required in the system.
