Key Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Ensure timely follow-ups to achieve complete query resolution
Deliver a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy and active listening
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service protocols
Stay updated with process knowledge and system updates
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
