Key Responsibilities

• Contact new leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.

• Verify customer details, travel requirements, destination preferences, travel dates, budget, and contact information.

• Assess the authenticity and quality of leads before assigning them to the Sales team.

• Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.

• Categorize leads based on qualification criteria and customer readiness.

• Follow up with customers when additional information is required.

• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely lead allocation.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
