Job Description (JD)

KAMAWELL AYURVEDA is looking for a verification Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to confirm their orders.

• Verify customer details such as address, contact number, and product information.

• Explain Ayurvedic products and resolve basic customer queries.

• Ensure accurate order confirmation before dispatch.

• Coordinate with the Dispatch and Customer Support teams.

• Maintain confirmation records in the CRM/system.

• Achieve daily confirmation and quality targets.

Eligibility:

• Candidates with knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and treatments will be given preference.

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge.

Requirements:

• Good convincing and communication skills.

• Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Salary:

💰 ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on Interview & Experience) + Incentives

Experience:

• Freshers with an Ayurveda background can apply.

• Experienced candidates are preferred.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
