The Relationship Executive – B2B Sales will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with healthcare partners, and driving sales of Ayurvedic medicines through the B2B channel. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a passion for the healthcare and Ayurveda industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through field visits, calls, networking, and digital platforms.
Develop business with Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, wholesalers.
Present and promote the company's Ayurvedic product portfolio.
Negotiate pricing, finalize deals, and close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing business partners.
Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for smooth order execution.
Follow up on payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
Maintain Google Sheets records and submit daily sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
