Job Summary
Conatus Enterprise is seeking a proactive and organized Vendor Management & Customer Coordination Executive to ensure seamless coordination between vendors, customers, and the service team. The role requires effective communication, relationship management, and regular follow-up to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management
Handle and coordinate with all company vendors on a daily basis.
Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors.
Track vendor performance, deliveries, and service commitments.
Ensure timely communication and resolution of vendor-related issues.
Maintain accurate records and updates of all vendor interactions.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Ensure prompt response and follow-up on customer requirements.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain service standards.
Site Visit & Service Coordination
Track ongoing service and project sites regularly.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth execution of work.
Schedule and monitor client site visits.
Maintain detailed reports of site progress and customer feedback.
Ensure timely updates are shared with management regarding site activities.
Communication & Reporting
Make regular follow-up calls to vendors, customers, and service teams.
Maintain proper records, reports, and status updates.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Ensure all project-related information is updated and documented accurately.
Required Skills
