V-KYC Executive

We are looking for a candidates for VKYC Executive to Join Our Team Synergy Revo Global PVT LTD and to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Industry. The role offers an attractive In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct live Video KYC (VKYC) calls with customers to verify identity as per RBI/regulatory guidelines.

• Communicate fluently in Malayalam/ Telugu with customers, guiding them through the video verification process.

• Verify customer documents (ID proof, address proof, PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) during the video call.

• Ensure accurate capture of customer data, photographs, and geo-location during VKYC sessions.

• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Adhere strictly to compliance, audit, and data security guidelines during verification calls.

• Escalate suspicious or incomplete verification cases to the reporting supervisor.

• Maintain daily call logs, verification status reports, and productivity records.

• Meet daily/weekly call quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.

• Coordinate with the back-end/quality team for case resolution and re-verification, if required.
