ROLE OVERVIEW

Provana is hiring experienced and performance-driven US Collections Executives to manage outbound debt recovery calls for US customers. The role requires strong negotiation skills, regulatory compliance awareness (FDCPA), and the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations professionally.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to US customers regarding outstanding balances

• Negotiate and secure payments while adhering to FDCPA guidelines

• Establish suitable payment arrangements and follow-ups

• Handle objections and difficult conversations professionally

• Provide accurate information about balances, payment options, and deadlines

• Maintain detailed and compliant call documentation

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and company regulations

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for escalations or disputes

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in US Collections (1st or 3rd Party preferred)

• Strong knowledge of FDCPA compliance

• Stable employment history (No long employment gaps)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven mindset with strong recovery performance

• Comfortable working night shifts (US timings)

• Salary: Up to ₹40,000 + 5k allowances (Based on experience & last drawn)
