Trip Pe Chalo India Private Limited is looking for a Customer Support & Series Fare Executive to join our team and handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support, and manage travel-related queries and operations.
The candidate will also be responsible for series fare management, passenger name uploads, inventory management and effective utilisation of airline inventory, with a focus on reducing distress sales and improving booking efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently and provide timely resolution to customer queries.
Manage queries and issues related to flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, amendments and other travel services.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Manage airline series/group fare inventory and ensure optimum utilisation of available seats.
Handle passenger name uploads/name updates within the prescribed airline deadlines.
Monitor series booking inventory and identify seats approaching expiry or potential wastage.
Take proactive action to reduce distress sales and minimise inventory losses.
Coordinate with airlines/GSA, internal sales teams and other stakeholders for inventory and booking-related matters.
Monitor booking deadlines, name submission deadlines, ticketing deadlines and other airline requirements.
Maintain accurate records of series inventory, bookings, name uploads, cancellations and utilisation.
Provide regular updates on inventory status, utilisation and pending actions to the management.
Follow up on pending customer/airline cases and ensure timely resolution.
Meet defined customer service, inventory utilisation and operational performance targets.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1–3 years preferred in travel operations/customer support/airline ticketing.
Prior experience in airline series fare or group booking management will be strongly preferred.
Practical experience in name upload/name submission and series inventory management.
Understanding of airline booking, ticketing, cancellation, refund and date-change processes.
Ability to monitor inventory and take timely action to reduce distress sales and optimise seat utilisation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp.
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, airlines, GSA and internal teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings/cases simultaneously.
Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends/holidays as required.
