Are you passionate about travel and love creating unforgettable experiences for customers? We're looking for an experienced Senior Travel Advisor to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Consult with customers to understand their travel preferences and requirements.

✅ Design personalized domestic and international travel itineraries.

✅ Handle end-to-end travel bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, and holiday packages.

✅ Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling travel products.

✅ Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after travel.

✅ Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.

✔️ Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.

✔️ Proven travel sales experience with target achievement.

✔️ Hands-on experience with travel booking systems.

✔️ Excellent communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
