Job Description – Sales Manager (Field Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities through field visits.

• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and clients.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up on enquiries and quotations and convert them into orders.

• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

• Maintain daily/weekly sales and visit reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, drawings, production, and dispatch.

• Identify new projects and market opportunities across Maharashtra.

Fire Rated Doors, Shaft Doors, Rolling Shutters, High-Speed Doors, Motorised Gates, Clean Room Doors, UPVC Doors & Windows, and Loading Bay Equipment.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in field sales/business development.

• Experience in construction/building materials/fire & safety industry preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Willing to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
