Experience: 0–3 Years (Travel Domain Experience Mandatory)

Shift: General Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Travel Consultants with a background in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and hands-on experience in handling travel bookings, customer queries, and travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and travel services.

• Assist customers with domestic and international travel requirements.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure seamless service.

• Resolve customer concerns while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems.

• Meet quality and productivity targets while adhering to company processes.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Mandatory experience in the Travel domain.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of travel operations and booking processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Eligibility

• Experience: 0–3 years in the Travel domain only.

• Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (as per company policy).

• Experience with Travel BPOs, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Airlines, Travel Agencies, or Hospitality travel operations is preferred.

• Willingness to work in a General Shift.
