Position: Travel Consultant
Industry: Travel & Tourism
Location: Sector 62, Noida
Experience: 2 – 3 years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Travel Consultant who can help customers plan and book their trips. The candidate should guide clients about destinations, travel packages, flights, hotels, and visas, and ensure a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer travel requirements and preferences.

• Guiding Customer, Suggesting Itinerary and Closing Booking.

• Suggest suitable domestic travel packages.

• Provide information about visas, travel insurance, and travel guidelines.

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or messages.

• Maintain records of bookings and customer details.

• Coordinate with hotels,and travel partners.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages.

• Ability to convince and assist customers.

• Computer knowledge (MS Office, booking portals, CRM).

• Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism (preferred but not mandatory).

• 2 – 3 Years experience Required (CRM,Sales)

Additional Requirements (Optional)

• Experience in travel agency or tour operations.

• Knowledge of Travel Industry .
