About the Role
Simpel Techlabs Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Team Lead to lead and manage our telecalling team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling telecallers, achieving team targets, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. Strong leadership skills and fluency in Hindi are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and supervise the telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Track KPIs such as call quality, conversion rates, productivity, and attendance.
Train new team members on sales processes, communication skills, and company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with management to improve processes and team efficiency.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational policies.
Maintain a positive and high-performance work environment.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Senior Telecaller.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Basic English communication is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is an added advantage.
